具体职能
1. Confirm customer application and technical requirementReviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specificationsProvide customers with design solutions, DFM, 3D models and 2D Prints creationAssist process engineer to determine product process, assist and review quote engineer quote, assist and review packaging engineer's packaging planCustomer product drawings are converted into internal production drawings, BOM list is provided, and internal sample production meetings are held and chairedThe product solves the problem during the production process, Communication and coordination with other departmentsAble to cooperate with the supervisor to complete the delivery work.Other assignments from management






职位要求
Know-How Requirements:


Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.More than 3 years of Power production design experience（busbar industry preference）.Self learning, task oriented, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge and proficiency in automotive electrical systems; possess drafting ability to clearly develop ideas in the form of working drawings, as well as a knowledge of CAD program, preferably one of Solidworks, UG.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.English: can effectively and timely convey information and respond to questions from customers, customers and other members.
